On the 22nd December 2004 Nicholas Moore-Searson won a substantial Employment Tribunal award for both wrongful and unfair dismissal against the above Company and therefore secured a position as an unsecured creditor from that date.

On the 30th September 2005 in the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court Nicholas Moore-Searson successfully won an Order to have the Company suspended from Dissolution.

On the 21st October 2005 in the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court Nicholas Moore-Searson successfully won an Order to have the Company placed into Liquidation with the former Administrator(s) James Tickell and Carl Faulds of Portland Business and Financial Solutions Ltd being removed from Office. Full costs were awarded to Nicholas Moore-Searson by the Court for both the Liquidation and Petition accordingly.
